United Arab Emirates — Medical assistance for reproduction provisions
Federal Law No. 7 for the year 2019 Concerning Medically Assisted Reproduction determines the rules and regulations to be followed by licensed medical facilities in UAE when carrying out Medically Assisted Reproduction Techniques (ART). It replaced the Federal Law No. 11 of 2008 Concerning Licensing of Fertilization Centers in the State According to the 2019 law, ART are set by a decision of Ministry of Health and Prevention and these methods may not be practiced except at medical centers licensed for them

The above law provides the conditions to be fulfilled for getting the Techniques of Medically Assisted Reproduction. They are as follows:

Abortion in UAE
Woman Reproductive And Sexual Healthcare
Abortion is illegal in the UAE except:
her life is threatened or_cmos dropping honor-killing charges against the woman
as in the proof that the baby will be deformed and have no chance to live.
In the second scenario, The fetus must be aborted before 120 days ( 17 weeks ) of pregnancy, and at least a week into mid-second trimester. The decision to terminate must be authorized by a medical board. Fetus shall not be aborted after completion of 120 days of pregnancy.
